how we work

We offer foundational 5-week intensives in various styles focused on building technique. In each 2-hour session, novice dancers develop basic groove, coordination, musicality, and more to kick-start their dance journey, while intermediate/advanced dancers can train and refine their technique. We hire aspiring dancers to teach these intensives.

As part of ADC’s mission to help aspiring choreographers grow their skills and dance resumes, we offer in-person choreography classes in Atlanta and NYC. Check out this week’s schedule below!

Twice a year, we hold auditions for our performance team. We have an annual showcase in Ithaca, NY along with other local performances throughout the year—and we’re starting to enter competitions too! Check out some of our performances on our channel!

To give back to our community, we offer scholarships to young artists pursuing both dance and academics. Scholarship students learn to work with beginner dancers by training and choreographing for our partner teams on their campuses. Learn more or apply below!
